Life Update

Well it's been forever since we wrote on the blog so I decided to quit procrastinating and write so here I am. We for an update on our lives we are both doing full time school this semester although it really doesn't feel like school to me since I rarely go to the University. In case you haven't heard I am doing my student teaching this semester and so far I enjoy it. I am teaching at a little 6-7 grade middle school out in Wellsville which is a small town right before Sardine Canyon when exiting Logan. I take over teaching Friday and I am excited and nervous. I am teaching world history, physical education, and fitness for life to 6th graders. I think that it will be a great experience. The great thing about it is I have to be there at 7:00 in the morning so I'm still getting adjusted. Marni loves it too cause right now my car is broken and we haven't the time and resources to fix it (it's complicated). So a couple of days last week she had to take me there and pick me up. So it forces her to be up by 6:30. She has declared that the car must be fixed. You know her and mornings. It doesn't faze me much since I am a morning person. I just have to adjust to it being that early. Marni has a full load this semester and she is stoked about writing like a dozen papers. Hopefully this semester goes a lot better then last which I think it will. Oh the fun thing about student teaching is I had to get a new wardrobe. Luckily for me Marni picked it out for me. Yeah me and fashion don't really get along well. So I'll look great, but I get the joy of changing a few times in order to look professional in both the classroom and the gym.
